This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of toiletries, perfumes, cosmetics and confectionery (“Products”) made on www.saiftrade.co.uk
1. Your Right to Cancel (“Cooling-Off” Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the Products.

Include your name, order number and the Products you wish to return.

Returning Products:

You must return goods to us unused, in their original, sealed packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Refunds:

We will refund the full purchase price (excluding your original outbound postage cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. If you believe a Product is faulty, damaged or not as described:

We will provide a prepaid return label for any verified faulty or damaged item.

At our discretion, we will offer a full refund, repair or replacement once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Any refund will include your original shipping costs and the return postage.

3. Hygiene-Sensitive Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened toiletries, cosmetics, fragrances or confectionery unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
4. How We Process Refunds

We aim to issue refunds to your original payment method within 14 days of confirming receipt and eligibility of the returned Products.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
5. Exclusions & Exceptions

Products must be returned in full, with all original accessories, tags and packaging.

Products that are clearly used, soiled or not in their original condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable.
