Shipping Policy

Saif Trade Limited – Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to UK mainland addresses only (excludes Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands and BFPO). Orders to other destinations cannot be processed at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT, Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays), will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to move from “Processing” to “Dispatched.”

3. Shipping Methods, Delivery Estimates & Fees

Service: Standard
Estimated Delivery: 3–5 working days
Cost (incl. VAT): £3.95 per order

Service: Express
Estimated Delivery: 1–2 working days
Cost (incl. VAT): £6.95 per order

Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped, not from the time of purchase. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the service you select. We reserve the right to adjust fees; any changes will be reflected on the Site before you confirm payment.

4. Packaging

All items are carefully packed in eco-friendly, tamper-evident packaging to ensure safe transit. Fragile items (e.g. glass perfume bottles) receive additional padding.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Use this to monitor your parcel’s progress directly with the carrier.

6. Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

Delays: Occasionally couriers experience delays (e.g. extreme weather). We’re not liable for these, but will assist you in tracing your parcel.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate.

Damaged on delivery: Inspect goods immediately. If items arrive damaged, please:
1. Retain all packaging.
2. Photograph the damaged goods and packaging.
3. Email evidence to online@saiftrade.co.uk within 7 days.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is approved.

7. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

Before dispatch: Email online@saiftrade.co.uk immediately to update your address.

After dispatch: You may be able to redirect via the courier’s tracking portal—but any extra charges will be your responsibility.

Failed delivery (e.g. “Customer not at home”): Parcels returned to us incur a return fee. You’ll need to cover re-shipping costs.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices on the Site include UK VAT. For any future expansion outside the UK, you’ll be responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by your country.
